Heage Windmill is the only stone towered six-sailed windmill in England. Visitors are taken on a guided tour around Derbyshire’s only working windmill, which also produces and sells its own flour. From King Street in the centre of Belper, Heage Windmill is a 20 minute journey on bus 6.2 alighting at The White Hart, or bus 6.3 alighting at The Eagle Tavern. It is a five minute’ walk along Church Street and Chesterfield Road to the entrance drive.
