Wollaton Hall

Wollaton Hall is one of the country’s finest Grade I listed Elizabethan buildings. The Hall is home to a Natural History Museum and the Nottingham Industrial Museum.

Wollaton Hall is one of the country’s finest Grade I listed Elizabethan buildings. The Hall is home to a Natural History Museum and the adjacent stable block, houses the Nottingham Industrial Museum. Wollaton’s 500 acres of parkland are roamed by herds of deer and comprise grassland, wetland and woodland habitats, as well formal gardens, botanical gardens, an extensive lake and two play areas. Wollaton is a short ride on the frequent 36 bus from Beeston interchange, which is a ten minute’ walk from Beeston Station.
