This walk on the route of the former Derby Canal from Spondon is just over 6 miles and will take you through Borrowash, Draycott, Breaston and Sandiacre and allow you to enjoy the restoration work of The Derby and Sandiacre Canal Trust.   Access to the canal path couldn’t be closer to the station with the route starting 50m from the station.
