Whatstandwell Open Gardens and Art Trail

Visitors will be able to enjoy exhibits against the backdrop of the gardens. There will be the opportunity to buy artwork on the day, as well as refreshments here and there, including a full selection at the Family Tree. Something to appeal to everyone then, whether first time or returning visitors.

Entry will be by program at a cost of £4 for adults, children under 16 free. A program can be purchased from any of the gardens.

All proceeds raised will as always be donated to Derby Mountain Rescue and local charities.

Whatstandwell railway station is only a few minutes walk from the lower gardens from which a 10 to leisurely 20 minute walk should be time enough to get from the lower to the upper gardens.

Address

Main Road, Whatstandwell and adjacent roads.
Exit the station by the footbridge and turn left along the Canal and right onto Main Road to start the trail or exit the station car park and follow the pavement to the right that leads to The Family Tree cafe.
