Build a Lego Waterwheel at Cromford Mills

In the Education room to have a go at making a working waterwheel out of Lego – and then test it! You’ll need all your creativity and engineering skills to build a structure that carries water to and away from a perfectly positioned waterwheel. Learn about breastshot, overshot and undershot wheels, and see which one works best.

Suitable for 5+. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. At busy times, you may need to wait for a lego kit to become available.

Drop in, free of charge. Donations towards the work of the Arkwright Society welcome.
