Offering a wealth of opportunities for learning outside the classroom for all ages and abilities specialising in engaging young people in built heritage and environmental issues. The activities are fully resourced, planned and led by our experienced visit leaders.
Derbyshire Environmental Studies Service works closely with the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site (DVMWHS) to help different groups to understand and enjoy this fantastic place.
Providing engaging, inspiring and interactive learning outside the classroom for all at a range of locations that can be tailor-made and lead for your group in the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site; anything from enterprise projects, creativity activities, habitat explorations, Forest School and built heritage, history and STEAM sessions.
