Museum of Making at Derby Silk Mill, celebrates the area’s rich history of innovation.   This brand new contemporary space will tell Derby’s 300-year history of making to inspire new creativity. Designed and made by the people and industries of Derby with exhibits, workshops, activities and events, there will be something for everyone.

From Derby Station, Derby Silk Mill is a 20-minute walk through the city centre or alongside the Derby Riverside Path.  There are also frequent bus services from Derby Railway Station into the city centre.
