Zip Wire and Low Ropes

Take on the exhilarating Rooftop Rider and the brand new Low Ropes course with your friends and family. 

The Roof Top Zip Wire is one of Mount Cook’s most popular activities, filled with adrenaline and challenging your nerves! Take a zip off the roof platform and down into our onsite quarry at 40 mph!​
Our brand new Low Ropes course tests your teamwork and agility, needing you to work together in order to complete the extensive course.  The course is made up of a series of physical challenges, which will be adapted by your experienced instructor. A great activity for all abilities.

Suitable for ages 8 and above. Under 18’s must have an adult supervising them.  Minimum weight 20kg Maximum weight 116kg

Please turn up to your session 15 minutes before it starts. We will provide all specialist equipment.

The activity centre at Middleton, near Wirksworth is adjacent to the High Peak Trail, a 1.5 mile steep uphill walk from Cromford or just a short bus ride from Cromford market place on bus 6.1 or 110.
