Reinstating waterpower back into Cromford Mill seems so logical and for so many reasons. See how Terra Measurement undertook a 3D survey to discover the secrets of Cromford Mill as part of a project to return waterpower to the site. Simon Gill will explain how the project was initiated, what obstacles and challenges were tackled along the way and what the future scheme looks like.

This is one talk in a series of collaborative events between the Arkwright Society and Belper North Mill, looking to reveal interesting aspects of local heritage. Six evening talks, from March through to October, will alternate between venues in Cromford and Belper.
